Pros

The best thing and only thing that keeps employees is their ability to make commissions..the hourly salary is mediocre but the commission makes up for it if an ambassador can sell.

Cons

The ATL location treats their staff like SLAVES literally they give out orders instead of constructive coaching or feedback with constant threats to fire employees if they don't fall in line. The morale amongst the ambassadors is severely depressing and reflects in the poor customer service that many members receive. Management is aware of the many discretions that occur at this location but fail to address the bickering, gossiping, belittling and negative culture that plagues this team....it is a sad situation in all.

• You get a base pay with commission ($15 for every person you sign up). • My coworkers are my favorite part about coming to work.

Cons

I told the supervisor before she got fired that I quit my last job because it was a sells job. She hired me anyway and said "You don't have to worry about sells because this is a security job." • Standing 8+ hours a days takes a toll on your knees and back if you do it almost every day at any age. • They say they promote from within but, I've seen them hire 2 supervisors outside of the company

I cannot think of any pros for this company, horrible shifts, horrible and unprofessional managers, who occasionally screw people over. Management does not know the handbook rules so no pros working for this company. Also very horrible shifts and all they care about is sales sales sales.

Cons

They don't go by their own rules and the rules in the handbook. People are only after commissions rather than the security part of this part, which makes some employees very unprofessional. Management makes their own rules according to whatever they feel like.
