Pros

Clear ATL: 13$ BASE PAY, plus commission I averaged minimum 1,000$ to 1,500$ before taxes in commission which is paid monthly on the last check of the month. The money is great for a single person or a student. I was able to afford an apartment, and a 2017 car paying a note. I was able to work 40 plus hours a week and overtime was an option. They feed you well you get snacks and parties and gift cards. They care about your overall success and want you to make money!

Cons

Must be flexible(schedule changes frequently) unless part time or in school. Management not on the same page and you will be fired if you have a security incident. Alot of changes sometimes without notice. Favortism for top sales and they break the rules but still keep a job I would still reccommend this job to anyone who enjoy sales and can work an ever changing schedule.

Pros

Decent base pay with opportunity to make a little extra. Networking opportunities. Some good coworkers.

Cons

Where to begin? 100% lack of communication between GM, upper management and leads with ambassadors. Good employees get driven out by bad ones. Blatant favoritism between certain management team members and ambassadors. CLIQUES. DRAMA. GOSSIP. Feels more like high school than a professional work environment. Little respect for rules and regulations given by management; leads are constantly disrespected and not listened to by ambassadors. Many, many lazy employees who don't like to follow rules and make things stricter for those who actually do. Referral money promised for recruiting people to work for and stay with CLEAR is often lost in the wind. Difference between AM/PM shift is literally night and day. Constant pressure to sell, even when the airport has little traffic to sell to. Standing 8+ hours a day with little to no support (not allowed to sit, no floor mats) or much sympathy. Break room is an absolute joke. Tiny space, ripped carpeting, broken chairs. No one cleans up after themselves in the break room and only closing shift is responsible for cleaning up ALL of the day's messes, morning shift's included. Incredibly poor employee turnover rate. Closers are rarely show up on time. Turbulent scheduling, hour cuts and hour changes without warning (MIGHT be fixed upon insistent request). STADIUMS: How come there are many ambassadors have NEVER worked at the games their whole career while others always have to be there at every single game? Completely unfair.
