      Pros

      Motivated, intelligent, and focused coworkers interested in making positive impacts within their office and community, and for clients throughout the world. Very interesting and challenging projects, with good collaboration within teams often spread nationally or globally. Excellent corporate support for flexible schedules and telework.

      Cons

      Swings in corporate direction under each CEO following beloved Ralph Peterson. 15 years ago private ownership allowed far greater focus on employee morale, training and team-building, which has eroded as the firm goes more corporate and profit focused.

      Work life balance. Technically experienced staff. Challenging and fun projects. Compassionate colleagues.

      Cons

      Negligible mentoring and career development. Client connections and/or being well-connected to someone in upper management seem to be requirements to career advancement. If you are light on work, you are expected to 'donate' your time.
