      I love the people, particularly the one from the old original culture.

      Cons

      Losing its way in some business groups, particularly the facilities design group.

      Good Benefits and Salary, if you can actually keep a job with them.

      Cons

      The Company has become so risk averse, they have become a client service provider or Professional Labor Supplier. It is unclear what CH2M Hill actually wants to be. Are they a Engineering firm or Construction company? At present they do very little of either and offer nothing that their competitors can't offer. Absolutely no effort is put into employee retention and development. They do have the tools in place but are not used effectively. Cronyism rules the day at this place.

      Pros

      - CH2M is a large firm but seems nimble enough to recognize changes in the marketplace and is not afraid to invest and capitalize on emerging opportunities. - I get to work on big, interesting projects, many times using cutting edge or emerging technologies. - Worldwide name recognition. - Many colleagues are leaders in their respective fields. - I get the sense they actually care about their employees, unlike other companies who say they care but really couldn't care less. - Salary is very good.

      Cons

      - Benefits are average for the industry. Not great but not bad either.
