      Pros

      a paycheck with very little benefits.

      Cons

      I see CH2m getting out of oil and gas. They do not want to listen to experienced people that have been doing it for years. Their Houston office has huge turnover and they do not do as the client wants. Their reputation is not good and they tend to not utilize the talent they land and keep the subpar talent. Their rates are not competitive with the other E&C companies in Houston.

      Pros

      Since it's a global company, I suppose there would be some decent opportunities to transfer offices.

      Cons

      CH2M corporate are super penny pinchers, they even stopped giving us tissues in the office in order to save money. You could ask reception for some tissues, which they'd give to you if you were sick. Every policy with that company is the 'tissue' level of ridiculousness.

      Pros

      None all my hard work down the drain because my supervisor was mad I did not come in to work today due to I was sick.

      Cons

      Supervisor favors other employee, supervisor gets mad at you for listening to other coworkers who talks about you. Racism going on in ch2 anchorage. Payroll supervisor is not good. She favors and makes you work hard. She also does not appreciate your work but appreciate the other coworkers. Action speaks louder than words. Supervisor takes her anger on you when she's pissed at other stuffs. Also treats us like we her kids.
