Never move up in the company. You have to be part of the in crowd to move up in the company. Hard work does not get you anywhere.

Pros

Nice name, good history (via halcrow). Some interesting projects.

Cons

Currently in financial crisis, keeps restructuring. With the global crunch, has become a hire and fire company. The moment you are not %100 billable, you will receive a termination letter as %80 does not cut it. No training, very difficult to transition to a different role in company without leaving and coming back.
