      Pros

      Highly admired company during the time when I worked there. Always wanted to go back to work there. Used to be ethical, client focused and innovative.

      Cons

      I've been reading the negative reviews of late and can't believe how my beloved former company became like this. I remember the good times when Ralph Peterson was in office and I left in the early days of Lee Mac's tenure.

      Pros

      with the economy tanking right now, I'm happy I at least have a job.

      Cons

      it's like running your own business inside a much larger business that takes 3/4 of your paycheck and offers nothing in return. You are on your own, you have to find your own work, and if your numbers start to slip, you're done. If this company had better compensation, this might not be so bad, but as is, you might as well start your own business. You will still be doing all the work yourself, but you'll get to keep all the money you're billing out at. Oh, and there will probably be less corruption.
