      Pros

      The stuff the company holds most employees on by threads: decent salary, 401K and health insurance.

      Cons

      Other reviewers have nailed the cons - which basically sum down to: the company treats its employees like cogs. You are part of a machine and nothing else. Working there is not technically challenging at all - but you will be stressed out of your mind trying to fill your timecard. On that note - PM's micro-manage every hour of your time and there is a lot of "under the table" wage theft. Also - why do you think they are re-branding? Because they have done some horribly bad things and just are not a good company...

      Compensation is good but inconsistent People mean well but it's impossible to succeed

      Cons

      Old CH people culture is long gone Almost no real awareness of the competitive market Internally focused New ideas and people are repelled with great efficiency Unstable and partially owned by Venture capital-Apollo Management

      Pay is good Benefits are competitive Great people who are incredibly competent Good projects for the most part Mostly focus on people, but that is rapidly changing

      Current restructuring is creating turmoil and confusion Reorganization does not recognize difference between clients, projects, and corporate capability - one size does not fit all Executive team is out of their depth trying to keep the ship afloat without the experience to solve the fundamental problems facing the firm Reliance on consultants still wet behind the ears could be fatal to this once proud and world class firm
