      Moving away from values that have made CH2M Hill a great place to work.

      Pros

      CH2M HIll does over employees a lot of options when it comes to work life balance. Flexible schedules and the ablity to work from home are widely supported.

      Cons

      The company seems to have drifted away from the values listed in the Little Yellow Book. For those that have been around a while it is begining to feel that the book is more of a marketing tool than anything else.

      Pros

      Cool projects, great people make this an exciting place to work. I genuinely enjoy going to work each day, which is more than i can say for most jobs.

      Cons

      The company has grown exponentially in a very short time frame and their are some definitive growing pains that come with that.

      Pros

      There's free coffee and sometimes a free lunch can be found. The bennies are OK. The insurance provides good coverage, but with a family the monthly premium is costly. They also provide 401K matching, it's not much, but better than nothing in this economy.

      Cons

      Poor comminication within all ranks of the company. No real advancement potential unless you're in the right clique. They could care less if you have enough billable work to fill out your time sheet, and they don't want to hand out a "light on work" number either.
