      Pros

      I was given the opportunity to learn all the different aspects of networking desktop support and I was also able to take a couple of classes for Project Management

      Cons

      There wasn't really to much negative to report, the only complaint would be having to use a vacation day first when someone calls out sick. A lot of people end up with a lot of sick time that hasn't been used because of the policy the company has in place.

      Benefits are good. Some departments are great to work for, others are terrible - it just depends on the manager

      Cons

      Favoritism is rampant in certain departments. Environment is close to a high school mentality
