      Great focus on safety, too much uncertainty and lack of job security.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for networking and exploring many career paths. Corporate office is located in Colorado, they encourage eco-friendly commuting and health & wellness for employees.

      Cons

      Certain business groups failing, which means extreme belt tightening and layoffs even for successful groups. Lots of fear and uncertainty, no feeling of job security.

      Pros

      Employee Ownership. Decent benefits; PTO, 401k, medical. That's about it anymore.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and vision at highest levels if management. Distancing from founders principles "little yellow book". No regard for people, no planning for development, all newly appointed leaders from outside. Have not had vision since Ralph departed. Very sad developments.

      Pros

      Amazing PR and Marketing efforts - they put on a good "show."

      Cons

      Will do whatever it takes to make a buck. Put on a good show to get the work, but beware, clients are hit with extras until they are broke. Even senior folks in the firm that speak up about unethical conduct and underlying corruption are squelched. Look at what happened to Tom Huntsinger, at exec of 25 years - there's a perfect indication of how this company treats its employees. Tragic ending that CH2M continues to cover-up.
