Pros

Employee owned. Get a bank of PTO hours instead of sick/vacation time separate. Does a lot of community service work.

Cons

Cannot make a decision about anything. Takes forever to get anything done. Business has not been good and employees are feeling the pinch. Eliminating a lot of jobs and long-term employees and moving them overseas. Poor training of new employees. Long-term financial outlook is not good. Outside investor appears to be calling most of the shots now. Spending a lot of money on a rebranding that did not need to be done especially when the company had to bring in outside investors.

great work/life balance, great co-workers, very exciting project to work on, love living in Atlanta

don't really like the location of the new office, better benefits would be nice, flex time would be preferred

A large organisation with strong leadership. Clear structure and exciting projects. Office has modern facilities.

Cons

Limited opportunity found so far to use all my skills and role limits what I can do. It's difficult to do a role with many skill sets as you can be pigeon holed into a narrow slot.
