Going downhill fast - Staff Accountant CH2M Employee Review

Cannot make a decision about anything. Takes forever to get anything done. Business has not been good and employees are feeling the pinch. Eliminating a lot of jobs and long-term employees and moving them overseas. Poor training of new employees. Long-term financial outlook is not good. Outside investor appears to be calling most of the shots now. Spending a lot of money on a rebranding that did not need to be done especially when the company had to bring in outside investors.
