Cons

Typical of a company of this size. There are always trade-offs - bigger company is not always as personalized and doesn't suit everyone's style.

Talented world class engineers everywhere. This company is filled with leader in their field and it's great to be surrounded by such experienced people. They value personal development and are committed to making every employee achieve everything which is possible.

Cons

It's a large organisation and can feel overly bureaucratic at times.
