CGI values are good. There are few benefits too.

Cons

HR management. There is nooo involvement of HR after recruitment process. Not even when we leave the company. They highlight only one person and make him/her work. Others opinions doesn't matter. Creates dependent and make them work. There is no growth or learning. No hikes from past 2 years. Managers doesn't even know what there mates are working on.
