-Decent place to start career with variety of opportunities -Fairly flexible hours and day to day workflow -Generally good people to work with on complex issues which allows one to gain experience quickly

Cons

-Business is clearly drying up with way less growth than before -Hiring is tight yet workloads are higher than ever -Training is non existent, but still expecting everyone to know a million new things that they may never use in day to day work -“Teams” are scattered across provinces and cities to save money and pay people less -Long term outlook is clearly bleak but being downplayed by management -Encouraging people to be in office even though “teams” are never in the office on the same days -Office is louder than ever due to constant virtual meetings and work

Everything is pro in CGI, from the freshers to very experienced person anybody can have good exposure according to their knowledge. Zero layoffs in the company which I like the most, they will create one another opurtunity to the members and treat every employee as owner. Very less to no office politics, learning cross technologies widely accepted.

Cons

Few people toxic people were ruining the grade of company for their own requirements. It's very bad. There will not be any corns
