      Not a good place to get recognized for achievement.

      Pros

      The work environment is pretty flexible. You can come and go as you please as long as you put in your time.

      Cons

      Overtime is not allowed. You are forced to take time off instead. You can go literally years without so much as a cost of living raise, and if you do an outstanding job on anything do not expect to see a raise based on effort or merit.

      Pros

      Co-workers stick together to complete assignments when put in terrible positions by management.

      Cons

      CGI doesn't not invest or care about it's resources. No time is allocated for training or self improvement. Leadership constantly signs contracts that ties their employees hands and heroic work need to be performed to complete assignments. Employees are not rewarded for personal sacrifices.

      Pros

      Friendly lower level employees. Some people actually really care about their work.

      Cons

      bad management and VERY political. You need to kiss ass in order to climb the corporate ladder. There is absolutely no room for advancement what-so-ever. Some employees are overworked and underpaid.
