      Pros

      It's a great place to work, no set schedule, can set your own hours

      Cons

      All hours must be directly billable to a single project, and raises seem to be lacking.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, very positive co-workers and a great benefits package. the hours are flexible, as well. the company is very stable financially, so I see it being around for a long time.

      Cons

      not a lot of room for advancement. Difficult to schedule time off, even when an emergency arises. very little praise for a job well done.

      Pros

      Great starting salary. Very laid back work environment. Lots of flexibility, in terms of personal time off and working from home when needed.

      Cons

      Salary is below industry average, and there's not much you can do about it. I'd stay here forever if I felt I was getting the same kind of raise from year to year as I would be elsewhere.
