CGI has plenty of advancement opportunity

Pros

Plenty of advancement opportunity exist at CGI. There are many new contracts that turn into new projects where members of the company are encouraged to try new things and do what makes them happy. The work enviroment is good as are the people.

Cons

My experience is the salary is a bit low. Even when the company is doing awesome the increases based on outside market conditions really affect the salary increases.
