      Pros

      Flexibility of directors for personal time and flexibility to manage my own hours

      Cons

      The recent change from 37.5 hs a week to 40 hs. a week was a very bad desition that contradict what I was told before take that job.

      It is a multinational company and have opportunities throughout North America. We also have opportunity to attend training through Skillport.

      Cons

      Difficult to move from one division to another if there are limited opportunities. In company promotion is very difiicult to get.

      Detachment between the chiefs and the workers

      Flexible work arrangements. A lot of smart people.

      Cons

      Pretty much along the lines of what has been said before - management has no idea of what the workers are doing. If you're in the technical field, the management is either non-technical or not familiar with current technologies. No accountability and so many people not doing anything but hanging around due to "connections"
