      Pros

      Very good work/life balance. The company really cares about the employees as individuals. CGI Federal is very stable; great job security.

      Cons

      The IT team is not great. Technical service is usually slow and unpredictable. This can make doing your job hard sometimes.

      The comaraderie at CGI is good; if you're interested in moving around on various projects, CGI has offices all over the US and world.

      Very limited training opportunities; projects and products can become obsolete over time because of an obsession with the month bottom line; very little interest in innovation and keeping products competitive.
