1) Work Life balance is excellent. 2) Not too much stress untill ofcourse you have very tight deadlines. 3) WFH Option available with most projects

Cons

1) Not very good work quality and projects 2) If you are joining mumbai office, dont expect much growth and salary hike . 3) Please give due consideration and appriciation to talent.

Good place to work right of college, otherwise it's kind of lacking.

Pros

They value home life and are very flexible with schedules. If your looking for a job right of college, they will hire you. There's a lot of flexibility for changing to different projects if you don't like the one your in.

Cons

No training what so ever is given. They expect you to just jump in and learn something you have no idea about how to use. Everyone seems disconnected from each other because almost all communication is done through email.
