      1. Pretty good work culture 2. Good Process around 3. work flexibility 4. Helping people from On-site

      Cons

      1. 12% VP (although you get full but you need to wait for one year to get it) 2. Hike are Okay 3. Everything goes through process so sometimes you feel its slow (but good to new joiner as he can learn and adapt but not so good for exp person)

      Cons

      -hard to take back your banked time. -Moving a lot of their Level 1 activities off-shore (read India - they call it best-shore!) to satisfy shareholders expectations and save (make) more money. -Business-Unit are split up in a way that, even if you work as hard or harder than your colleague in another business-unit, you don't get a bonus (or a mediocre one). -Culture and value
