      Pros

      Large enterprise allowing multiple opportunities in various roles. Great potential to grow from within. Customer base is extremely wide. That makes the company involved in about every vertical and technology possible. Company growth plan seems extremely efficient and financially profitable.

      Cons

      Focused on long term financial growth, salary compensation is not very aggressive. Limited internal investments make building foundational offer elements difficult.

      Pros

      Young professionals program, a strong and definite long term plan. They seem to have room for everyone, very accommodating when it comes to different work situations

      Cons

      I think they are a bit too eager to push production to offshore locations without examining properly if it is the right fit. In some cases it will cause problems at least for the short term, maybe on the long term as well.
