Good place to start a career Good benefits and salaries are inside the average Possibility to work partially from home The recent buy/merge with Logica should help business perspectives for short and long terms

Cons

Lack of career possibilities (currently) Difficult to have a good career plan and training The company is transferring a lot of ressources (and knowledges) overseas (ie. India) weakening the teams here in Canada Working too much apart and from home make it difficult for team spirit...

Cons

Company is focussed on profit margin and billable time only; temporary layoffs (no severance pay) common. Overall leadership OK, Toronto leadership lacking. Employees who are favored are kept and promoted. Family members hired. System constraints and lots of spreadsheet work.
