Pros
Laid out a good plan when talking to the employees of a company they just underbid and won the contract. Note that they were bringing on 15 Sub-contractor companies to manage most of the employees - sounded like a LOT of unneccessary overhead...
Cons
Didn't follow-up according to that timeline. Put the incumbent employees on edge. Didn't communicate sufficiently. Expected incumbents with up to seven years of on-site experience to take a 20%-40% pay cut in order to stay on and provide said expertise to the customer...
