      Pros

      Laid out a good plan when talking to the employees of a company they just underbid and won the contract. Note that they were bringing on 15 Sub-contractor companies to manage most of the employees - sounded like a LOT of unneccessary overhead...

      Cons

      Didn't follow-up according to that timeline. Put the incumbent employees on edge. Didn't communicate sufficiently. Expected incumbents with up to seven years of on-site experience to take a 20%-40% pay cut in order to stay on and provide said expertise to the customer...

      Great Pay, Good Benefits: 401k and health care are good.

      Cons

      Too much separation between upper echelon and workers. Middle management can do what ever they want with out repercussions. So your boss may be awful but nothing can be done about it,..this happened to me.
