      Many opportinuty in management but less in operation

      Cons

      Work Work Work with poor pay. Many people left for this raison.

      Pros

      Its a solid job and the company is profitable. There is a great mix of older and younger employees so it is easy to identify with others as well as get experience/new perspectives. There are some self-funded company events (you have to pay into them from your paycheck to participate, not mandatory).

      Cons

      Management really dones't care about the wellbeing or growth of their employees. Work/Life balance is non-existant and the company is extremely cheap when it comes to their employees( e.g. giving out a bus/metro schedule to get back from a company holiday party located in outer Fairfax.). Professional Growth is slow and there are not many training opportunities to take advantage of.
