Management: Since the shift from Canadian to offshore management styles, the corporate culture has suffered. Hiring Ethics: Extremely concerning reports of bribery and bias within the recruitment process. They appear to tolerate "fake" candidates to keep salary costs low. Recruiting more offshore people and removing local candidates. Compensation: Unwilling to meet standard market rates for experienced roles; they consistently filter for the lowest bidder rather than quality. Communication: Highly unprofessional; no follow-up provided after time-intensive interview loops.
