The stock program. Generally easy to have a good work-life balance. Everyone is always nice and polite.

Cons

It is a very big company and that can make it hard to feel at home and get to know people. Things change both slow and fast in not great ways a lot.

bad management and salary negotiation process the job switching is a myth, if you you were deployed on a client, it's very difficult to find another one no care for the consultants, you are a number
