Good infrastructure Almost good meal quality Working environment is also good Salary always on time Leave policies are good and quick too Flexible work timings not too strict. HR's are also good and cooperative

Cons

Few projects have very less career / skill growth opportunities Production support is ok but the on-call process of the company is horrible Salary structure for freshers are quite low Mostly foreign projects are there so rotational shifts are a common issue for almost Hikes are not always transparent
