Pros
As of pros, I can think of Goodies, gift vouchers, companies policies were good.
Cons
I think pros and cons depends on teams with which we work, if it is a support project avoid it. I had very hard time working on a support project. strict timing, hectic schedule. standup meeting at 9am, where seniors take attendance like school. no learning growth- I could not learn anything new during my service. at some time it was really difficult to manage time. due to support project it was difficult to get leave in Holydays. weekend shifts and night shift, even if you don't want to do. salary is quite on lower side with so much work. service agreement for two years. Pathetic! they are just enjoying cheap labour. Some of the senior members were not well behaved.
