Pros
*You can maintain work life balance *Freshers will not be treated as graduates *If you want a long time commitment with your company then CGI is the best.
Cons
*For entry level the package is low comparatively. *They are hiring trained graduates and they assign you in some other technology. Ex: If you are a java trained graduate then don't expect that you will be put up in java based project. (For Freshers) *Projects here are mostly service related projects so don't expect that you will be working on hard code here.
