1: Good hike. Even if you have just joined you are eligible for hike 2: Importance for personal growth 3: Annual gifts and good leave structure. 4: So many short term onsite

Cons

1: very less long term onsite. 2: As in any company if you are stuck in less revenue project your growth wil also be stuck but you can learn enough.
