Colleagues are wonderful - smart, kind and supportive. Pay and benefits are great!

Cons

The (male) leadership are ineffective, insecure, and unkind. They lead with emotion, not logic or data, which makes everyone's work less efficient. They don’t care about their employees and have a warped view of what modern work life should be. They’ll throw a full-blown tantrum if reality or data doesn’t match their opinion.
