Pros
Great health benefits,,some nice work colleagues, central location and decent pay. The work itself is enjoyable and you get to pitch interesting stories.
Cons
Very disorganized, illegally forcing workers to take days off/work unpaid, you get publicly humiliated if you mess up, efforts are made to help non-Asian colleagues understand Chinese culture but they couldn't care less about the reverse. Management is all ego and doesn't listen until something goes wrong.
