      Pros

      The people are kind, upper management is nice (they don't bother or micromanage you) and they care about progressing an employee's abilities.

      Cons

      They will squeeze you for every penny that you're worth. Ever single hour matters and they can really work you. Many complain about how they are being shuffled into lesser positions and many feel like they are just a cog piece in the company's machinery. Managers can often overlook people and just demand a product. Work can be grueling with little to no reward.
