      Incompetent Managers - they literally have no real estate experience and there are too many of them. Internal politics are real bad, if you're a good butt kisser though, you may do quite well. Senior Leadership is non-existent, just a lot of middle managers trying to cover their own skin. A previous reviewer hit it right on the head with...people outside of the business are impressed, but people within the business know the real deal....they also do NOT do things in the client's best interest, but for CBRE's best interest...not a good method if you want to last as a broker.

      I worked at the office in NYC - its a large company so great if you're looking for the infrastructure of a large. The office was a great location and easy to get to and from. I loved some of the people I worked with and couldn't stand the others. Some of the analysts were completely incompetent while others are future RE ceo's. For the most part, your senior managers are easy to get along with, communicate with and are fun people. There are a few stubborn ones that really suck but thats what happens when you work in such a large company
