Pros

Great professionals, support groups and workers provided healthy benefits but limited on growth. Brokerage community and comissoined employees are the earners which in turn management in different regions are both strong to self serving.

Cons

Somewhat of a business model change where favoritism is highly practiced. Support staff has a higher turn over rate than the brokerage community which is sad and point of managment practices.

I got to learn from some of the best in the business. Hard working people who are willing to help you learn.

Cons

Very fast paced environment. You have to work hard to get noticed and recogniton. Be prepared to figure things out on your own.
