      Pros

      It's hard to summarize such a large organization, since each department and office has it's own culture. I'll just speak to the department and location I worked in. Pros: -Lots of mobility within the company. I switched departments and was promoted. Quite a few people have been promoted and moved departments in the ~2 years I've worked here -Good work life balance for the most part. There are some days where you will need to work 10-12 hours, but that is just the nature of my job function -Coworkers are nice

      Cons

      -Pay is below average -Work can get a little stale and boring (but that is just the nature of accounting in general). There are days where you just try to look busy for 8 hours a day

      The global network is amazing. The senior leadership within the Global Corporate Services and Engineering departments are true leaders in their fields. CBRE focuses on customer and client relations and provides great leadership and customer interface.

      Cons

      Customer demands can be taxing while trying to provide the highest level of service.
