Pros
It's hard to summarize such a large organization, since each department and office has it's own culture. I'll just speak to the department and location I worked in. Pros: -Lots of mobility within the company. I switched departments and was promoted. Quite a few people have been promoted and moved departments in the ~2 years I've worked here -Good work life balance for the most part. There are some days where you will need to work 10-12 hours, but that is just the nature of my job function -Coworkers are nice
Cons
-Pay is below average -Work can get a little stale and boring (but that is just the nature of accounting in general). There are days where you just try to look busy for 8 hours a day
