      Unprofessional Senior Management

      Basic benefits and salary package.

      Cons

      Management is not involved with staff or staffing issues. When approached about unethical practices they looked the other way. I was treated unfairly constantly being told my position was unnecessary from my immediate supervisor. I was bullied until I had no recourse but to resign my position to the manager who was causing the issues. No one from management ever contacted me. I find this unfair and I find it unprofessional. For all of the ethics training we were required to complete I cannot believe they acted in this manner. Shame on you CBRE.

      Close to good lunch spots.

      Cons

      Bullying, harrassment and favouritism are rife. Great place to work if you are aggressive and political. Avoid it like the plague if you are in an administrative role.

      Apathetic management with little emphasis on accountability

      Pros

      You'll help the company to profit and they'll boast about "big wins", while they keep your salary frozen for a few years. You'll learn the art of brown-nosing in order to get ahead, regardless of your intellect. Great team culture, if you like to take one for the team.

      Cons

      Promotion is based on "who you know" rather than "what you know". They keep your salary frozen for extended periods (2-3 years). Lack of accountability: You are expected to do things that other people are supposed to own, and then aren't even recognized for it. Poor recognition: Do your job very well and you hear nothing. Make one mistake, and they hang it over your head like a dark cloud.
