      Good salary and package and nice building/facilities

      Cons

      Zero support from senior management, you are on your own from the first day. Also in my case, there were a completely lack of transparency from my line manager in regards my performance which is very disappointing since they tell you one of the core values is teamwork. There were a hidden agenda which I never figured out. The worst experience in my career

      Pros

      Career advancement up to a degree but minimal pay increases with each move. Lots of support for training if you take initiative to go outside your organization and find classes. Great work/life balance (at least in my office)

      Cons

      Lots of talk about how much this global company is expanding, increasing market share and buying out other companies but you'll see none of this expansion in your paychecks.

      Pros

      When I was hired it was a great place to work, As the great managers moved on (CIO Change) we were left with unprofessional, inexperienced managers that ruined the company and the culture.

      Cons

      Every person on the org chart between me through the CIO left. Leaving nothing but un professional and inexperienced leaders that ruined the company and the culture. Last straw was when they wanted me to train my off-shore replacement.
