Pros

Decent Benefits. Opportunity to work from home, if your role at company can be done virtually. Many colleagues have strong background in their industry area.

Cons

Compensation is below market across the US. Work-life balance is non-existent. Decisions made to promote people into Management roles seem to be based on their ability to kiss up, not on their skill sets. Senior management and HR professionals do not proactively listen to legitimate concerns from employees. Extremely long work hours (countless nights and weekends). Limited bonus and/or other compensation or even thanks for jobs well done. Lack of growth potential, unless you are extremely political, cutthroat, and NOT a team player. There are not many people to look up to in senior management. You almost feel sorry for the management and senior management team, as they do seem to have much of a life not related to work.

Pros

Decent pay; Work from home program; Nice offices; onsite Café with discount.

Cons

-Management unethical and lacks vision; incompetent; Very poor communication in the dept -Discriminatory practices commonplace -Highly political environment; Very cliquish -Antiquated systems -Pay WAY below market -Many members of mgmt treat employees w/open disrespect -Lip service to employee appreciation Workload - Overworked-Extremely, unrealistically long hours with no relief Lack of Training No career advancement Company culture/work environment - Very Stressful and political. If you are not willing to shut up, do whatever you are told and kiss butt, you will not be able make it. Several people in the department are trying to leave or have left this toxic environment for good reasons. Not a good place to work.

Pros

No positive things to say about this company

Cons

There is absolutely no support by management who spend their time working from home instead of being in the office as they should be. Line managers are awful. Kids running around with power getting to their heads making them believe they are absolutely the best when in reality they are absolutely horrible people who do not care at all about their staff. Unqualified people in top positions with huge egos trying to climb the ladder. There is absolutely no opportunity to grow in this company unless you are ‘buddies’ with the management, if they don’t like you, you will no go anywhere even if you are the best of the best Company state they care about employees mental health & wellbeing but it's more of a façade as bullish situations are totally ignored and no guidance at all from management that makes you feel like an idiot as they look at you like ‘you should know this stuff’ when they never gave you direction on things. People with same positions on same site are paid different salaries
