Flexible working arrangement allows working mum's to take care of their kids.

Cons

Very political staff's feel unsecured especially in IT sector as a result they push others down. Lot of Back stabbing. CBA recruits people at managerial role not based on the skill it is shame to work with people who doesn't show any empathy. Always expects to follow what they say. Performance Review process decided by managers not based on how employee have performed. No career or development opportunities.
