Pros

The CBA is a large organisation which offers a variety of careers within the one organisation. Also there is likely to be an office close to where you live reducing your commuting time. I found the office culture generally good but it does depend on the manager. Benefits are good and the best part are the great co workers.

Cons

Like many organisations reducing staff to cut costs proves detrimental to the remaining employees and to customers. Employees are under pressure to continue to provide a superior customer experience which increases stress levels and impacts on work/life balance. Customers are dissatisfied with the level of service.
