Friendly work environment Good benefits - 401K w/ matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, temp disability, etc... Hours are flexible Dress code is relaxed - jeans, polo, and sneakers

Cons

Pay-scale is lower than average Management is unable to balance project workflow - lead to recent layoffs Product is old and needs revamping - functionality is good but could be made to be better if they would walk away from VB6.

CAE is a great place to be technically challenged, learn a lot in a very short time and to be given high responsibilities.

Cons

CAE is often trying to do to many things for the resources they have. This lead to engineers being assigned to too many projects at the same time which is not always very efficient.

Starting package is good for freshers. But there would be no job satisfaction. Its not challenging.

Cons

Poor Management. They do not even have plans for three months down the lane. Monotonous work.
