- The work is very interesting - There is always work to do - Job security is at an all time high with the current state of the world - Very good onboarding training

Cons

- Middle management is not great. - There is often the classic "Good work means more work" mentality - Unrealistic delivery schedules are the norm - Forced overtime is often required - Very outdated technology
