Pros

The salary was decent, especially for a fresh graduate, and the background requirements were not very strict. The coworkers were very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Too many meetings, a lot of proprietary software (untransferable skills), and the developers seniors are intimidating. The company is very profit driven, with a lot of layoffs, Workload can be heavy and overwhelming.
