      - Not stressful environment - Get to know nice people - Benefits are really good (except salary and vacations). Unlimited sick days, good insurances, health spending account, etc.

      Cons

      - Lower salary than industry average - Codebase is not always of good quality. There are old blocks of code written by electrical engineers. - The do not use the latest modern technologies so it is not the best learning experience for your career
