      Pros

      Good place to build hours, if you are flying for the right program. there seems to be a lot of instructors flying a lot and others that aren't. its like the military. somebody has a problem its group punishment. overall not too happy for all the work i put in for these students and they just don't listen and hate me. I try to do the right thing because i don't want to be fired.

      Cons

      Very corporate... policies and procedures for everything as a result of stupid student pilots doing stupid things.

      Pros

      Foot in the door but painfully uncomfortable dues.

      Cons

      Misogynistic managers left in place despite official HR complaints and veteran employees bringing it to the attention of the 'mother ship' in MTL. Too much 'management' and not enough 'leadership'.
